CRAFO Rewards
Earn points every time you shop, then spend them on free delivery or money off your next order.
How you earn
You get 1 point for every £1 you spend on items. Points are added automatically once your payment is confirmed, to the email address you pay with on PayPal. Delivery charges don't earn points.
How you spend
- 500 points = free delivery on an order that would otherwise have a delivery charge. (Orders of £100 or more already have free delivery.)
- 100 points = 1% off an order of £50 or more, up to 10% off (1000 points).
Open your cart, choose Use your CRAFO points, enter your email and a past order reference, and pick your reward. You can use one reward per order.
Check your points
The small print
- Points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or transferred to someone else.
- Points used on an order are only taken once the payment goes through.
- If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned are removed, and points you spent on it are returned.
- We may change or end the rewards scheme; we'll give at least 30 days' notice on this page, and you'll be able to use points you already have during that time.
